Idk, I'm not religious, so probably not since I don't follow an ethics based on religion. But it does share some of the basic tenants, I suppose. Don't steal, don't murder, things like that. What differs I guess is when it comes to faith, since I don't really care about worship, so my lack of worship might be an issue.

I guess one difference may be my ethics around things like sexuality (I don't think being a virgin until marriage and things like that matter at all, mine is just to treat people fairly and respectfully and respect consent when it comes to sexuality), but it's hard to tell since even religious people are all over the place. Since I never read a religious text, it's hard for me to say anything there... so I guess God would maybe not approve on my actions there, maybe, but I don't know, I'm just speculating here since I don't even believe there is a God and everyone seems to have different opinions.

Seeing I am a human which makes me imperfect from my point of view (I dare not speak for God) I highly doubt he would approve of everything I have done.

I'm pretty sure some religious people would tell you God gave you free will for a reason so it is up to each individual to repent or not on their own terms.

I believe you create your own personal prison and hell to dwell within right here on Earth, in your head while you are still alive. You are your own worst judge and live with your own actions, to accept, learn from and attempt to change.

I dunno man. There's a lot of nuance, twists, and curves in the modern world.

At the end of the day, I don't think God would support me doing something I don't believe in. That's what counts.

I do what I do with passion and conviction. If I'm wrong, then I've made a severe mistake ~ not just a simple lazy slip-up. If I'm right, then I was true to what I believed.
