Also, even if true: I think Russians might be a bit more careful in what they say online, since it can land them in prison for decades (!!!). This does not happen in the UK.

You are completely missing the point. It is not about having an evil faction (or in case of LOTR evil races). It's about the missing consequences and results of such a state.

You don't see Elrond inviting orcs to Rivendale for a party, because obviously orcs are evil. Everyone on Middle Earth knows that and acts accordingly.

In Hogwarts, people are simply ignoring that most evildoers have some connection with Slytherin. Instead of taking special precautions to monitor Slytherins (which in universe would be justified, because your evil detector alreaedy went off during the sorting process and you have more than enough historical reasons for your suspicions), this house is treated exactly the same as the other ones. (All moral complications of this whole process ignored. Which by the way also Rowling does not touch).

I mean, there are more things, like Quidditch, where 90% of the game is irrelevant, because Harry Potter has to win the game with a single heroic action in the end, essentially nullifiying everything that was achieved before. This might work in the moment for giving Harry that moment but it is shoddy world building, because this game simply does not work outside of that very specific scene.

Or the fact, that a school often puts their pupils knowingly into mortal danger, whithout anybody complainging about it. Yeah, we need adventure, but at some point some kid probably got killed and the parents made at least some kind of fuss about it...

Yes, scotland does make it's own laws but laws like this will spread south if not stopped. As for Rishi, he's got my vote and im sure many people will vote for him based on what he has just said.

I 100% agree was disappointed when a certain someone made lots and lots and lots of money and had lots of experiences that were good just took a dump on JK Rowling rather than show any loyalty.

And again you are missing the point. The point is about establishing rules in your world but not have logical consequences resulting from it. J.K. Rowling establishes something on a whim but does not think about what the possible implications could be. She even retcons some of her stuff, because she found out, that it interferes with her ideas later on. That's bad world building.

Just google "Harry Potter bad world building" and read a couple of articles about it and you will understand, what I mean.
