sound like myopia, which as far as i know is pretty much entirely hereditary and the talk about the TV making your eyes square etc has no merit to it.
so you probably need to see a professional in the field to have your vision tested etc, and take it from there.
Swallow your pride and invest in the right style of glasses; the alternative is to literally go blind or have some sort of corrective surgery, which isn't going to be cheap and may not be permanent.

We don't need an optometrist, OT is more than qualified to give advice on this matter!
Please don't lie about medical issues.
My laser operation was 30 years ago. Still working.
So please stop lying.
you need to go to an optometrist to figure out what problem there is. game forum can only tell you to install better vision dlc for sims.
as would god hijacking your body for an elaborate series of battle royale leagues and then slapping you back together and dropping you back in your bed.
concussions are tricky to fix.
some people's brains naturally wiggle on contact with visual information for various reasons, and this causes them to unconsciously wriggle their eyes. this can be due to light sensitivity, for example.
or maybe you got bonked on the head and have a fixed focal length now. bonked the nerve cluster that processes focal length adjustments. bonked a frequency that bounces around your skull and destructively interferes with visual input. who knows!
Plus, those who've been through the laser eye surgery usually get to experience that a lot sooner than the rest.
this is not the case.
as the eyeball grows or changes inside your skull, the various changes can result in worse vision.
its a genetic predisposition for how your body is developing, it has nothing to do with reading too much or wearing corrective lenses.
the unfortunate thing is, problematic eyesight is a dominant gene. after enough generations, the entire planet will be wearing glasses.
