What are some good horror games for someone who hasn't played them for years

I used to play whole walkthru of outlast without dying but I haven't been playing video games at all for years so now I'm a friggin scardy cat. I want to play Madison, Outlast Trials, Visage, and lots more but I'm literally too scared. to overcome this I have to start fresh with some easier but well-made horror games and bring back my gamer mindest. any ideas?

I genuinely envy you for your position on scary games. I wish I could find one that could really scare me but I guess real life just scares me more so I'm desensitised.

Silent Hill 2 is a great game. Cry of Fear too.

If I Had The Opportunity??

I'd Be Completely & Openly Willing To Take On
The Challenge Of Any Dev Who Wanted To Try
& Make A Horror Game With The Intent Of Trying
To Scare Me??

If The Video Game Isn't Scary, Then It's A Failure...

I Don't Think There Is Anyone Alive Who Could Do It, Though...
