Why does Gen Z look so old?

Went to a Mother's Day party last night. I met two Gen Z youngins. The dude was only 22 years old and he looked 34. His girlfriend was 21 and she looked 43.

Why is Gen Z aging so rapidly? Please don't tell me stress. What is Gen Z stressed about? Not getting enough likes on that boring selfie with 30 filters turned on?

Stress is gonna play a major role in that, and the other things don't even need to be mentioned due to how obvious they are (less time spent in the nature, spending hours in office behind a desktop due to the technology being a thing, ...).

You see, back then, people have had to do things with their own hands; Nowadays, that's very often replaced by the technology, and so the body isn't properly trained and people aren't exposed to the nature as often as before, and it shows..
They don't even head to supermarket and carry bags to their homes; They do drive a car instead and so they're missing out on the natural things, like taking a walk.

That, together with the modern technology, as mentioned, leaves people with a lot less freedom, which naturally means being exposed to more stress than ever before, making most people feel the need to just.. Meet their expectations instead of focusing on self-improvement.
There's no longer the freedom to just do what makes you happy, unless you're successful at that due to the competition, which has to do with the current world population, etecetera..
People do tend to lack the time or don't even know how to relax their body and mind, resulting to many people seeking the help of doctors and other people, making them even busier than back in the day.

And then, there's the other stuff that is obvious with a common sense, and that's food. Water. Such simple stuff.
Most of the products are no longer natural in order to save a buck wherever and whenever possible, so even if you're gonna buy.. A yoghurt, or some drink, you can bet that most of the natural constitution has been replaced by a custom made one, because it's cheaper and faster to come up with.
That goes in hand with how everything that has used to be natural is going through unnatural stuff for faster and increased productivity - Chickens are being fed with various stuff to grow faster, (...).


TL;DR

The causes are related to stress, modern technology, and with that also a lot different behavior of the society.
