No. Can it be annoying with some of the trends it spawns? Sure, but every social media will have something annoying come from it. Tiktok really isn't that much different than twitter or even forums.

It's more about small snappy videos that you can shift through endlessly. It's just a different kind of digital/online entertainment, and one that I don't care about much. And that's ok. Not everything has to appeal to everyone. Let them have their fun, and we'll have ours.

Never used it. See a few Tik-Tok imports on Youtube but that's it.

I don't despise Tik-Tok ... I just believe social media for the most part is negative in nature. For every good thing there is on social media there is 4 to 5 bad depending on how you look at it.

What bothers me about Tik-Tok is the influence the Chinese government has over it. Notice I didn't say possibly or maybe there. I think there is no doubt that they have their noses up in it and are looking at the private data of those using it. That's on those people, though. If you want to use it you need to be prepared to face the consequences of doing so.

If it takes freedoms away from people no it doesn't. Some people will never trade freedom for security ... even if it is for their benefit.

People make money but perhaps it's not for me. Prefer IG. Different people different need. Still any social media are unhealthy. Be wise and being outdoor and touching grass are much better.

It pains me to say it but I don't think TikTok should be banned due to violating the 1st Amendment, I fail to understand how somebody could think they're pro-free speech but at the same time wanting to ban things they don't like.

Hey, i'm not hating or despising it. I've tried the thing, found some cool vids without body shacking as you said. But after twenty minutes, i was still on it, and didnt even remeber the firsts that i've viewed because stimulis overload of the brain-thing. So i stopped before my brain turned into mush.

My opinion : fun, but needs heavy self moderation. Those 20 minutes spread on a whole day would be far more saner.
