Well, the point of Cosco is to get things in bulk. Yeah, you pay a membership, but you get really good deals by buying large quantities of something. That's why it works for them.

It won't happen anyway; it would be more work for Steam to negotiate with devs to collate the game subscriptions. Bundles could be another options e.g. How Humble Bundle does it with "Choice"

If like the other guy said, if it was like 5 or 10 bucks a month, then yes. Especially if it paid for actual humans to monitor the chat and VAC servers--to increase the capability of VAC to detect cheaters and permanently boot them.
