Well, I mean the only thing you'd need to accommodate this would be the option to change your character from male to female. It's probably fine with games that have a character editor already. Just leave give access to the editor post-creation, and the player can go from male to female whenever they want.

A couple of ones by me just made both bathrooms unisex, removed the doors then walled in the stalls roof to floor. too easy?

I had not drawn the parallel that Lara Croft is Dr Jones :/

I'll be adding this is a deeply troubling moment that they made Indy woke before it became a fashion thing ....I don't know if I like woke or not now.
