This already is a huge portion of marriages in contemporary America.

A huge portion of men never see it coming.

They never know that there is the dividing line between the men that women f*** and those that they get a house from, 2.2 kids, a car and then once the magic 10 year barrier is breached they hit them with divorce papers.
