most games have pretty good features to mute/ignore people you don't like.
That's why i have microphones turned off, If you use a mic to relay important information that's fine but i hate trash talk.
That being said... It is also the reason I avoid multiplayer games. I want to have fun. not for my day to be worse than before I started playing.
It's childish, disrespectful and people only do that because they're safe behind anonymity. I'm pretty sure these people wouldn't say anything if they were in an arcade with strangers lol.
You don't go into a church and say the bread could be better. Call of Duty was made for trash talk, I'm not sure I'd say the same for Assetto Corsa.
TL;DR: Yes.
Life is to short, the answer - its BIG part of gaming, cenzor is for weaklings!
