He who does not remember history is doomed to repeat it. As is very aptly demonstrated by the current situation in the world.

Most of history is just made up. It's social programming no different than the scripts that start running when people are reminded of a Biblical parable or allegory. Mythos and Gods are externalized collective organizing principles, they're like programs running on an OS or passageways through a labyrinth, they make things move in predictable ways. That's what they're for.

Will you expect the next person down the line to say that when you are dead and the history you lived through existed?

Don't get me wrong ... it wouldn't surprise me in the least if a good portion of history was purposely muddled to get people to think one thing when the truth is likely something else. That's what people who crave power do. Make you think what they want you to think.

But I digess ... I know who she is from history class but that is about it.
