What is the Best way to eat a Potato?

The Potato is very Versatile to say the least. It can be Prepared and Cooked in many ways. But what is the best way to eat it? Baked? Chips (UK)? Chips (US)? Loaded with lots of delicious Ingredients? Or maybe Potato Pancakes? I have to say I am quite Partial to Fish and Chips, as it's one of the only Good things about the UK. But what about You? What is the best Way?

Baked potato
We tend to treat them almost like tacos, adding ham, bacon, cheese, red onion (or leek), and of course butter with various spices. (and salad on the side)
