In the US there's public education and private schools for the rich. Politicians don't do public schools.
The game of socioeconomic evolution is won by the nations that rewards the smartest and most streetwise players.
Darwinism at it's finest = Brains Over Brawn
Back in the 70's, Joe Biden said he refused to send his kids to public school because he didn't wants his kids to associate with Black kids. Very racist of him, and very few people today remember this.
# Corruption
# Personal interest
# Poor leadership
# Greed
What are few of the favourite things politicians like doing?
I'l start with a few; Wealth, power and lying..
The citizens of Haiti have ruined 99% of their land, making it impossible to grow food there. During the Haitian earthquake of 2010, people turned against each other instead of helping each other. People continue to have large families without the means to feed themselves. It's the perfect case of humans looking for more problems instead of looking for solutions.
Sorry if evolution isn't fair.
Plus of course the corporate or national level media playing their role in fomenting good ol' Divide et Impera aka divide and conquer. Then there's the coup d'etat promoted by external countries / Corporations or internal agents that want local Corporations to take over certain sectors of the country ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
some are exploited for resources by everyone elseand cant escape the low price export trap they are in
