I just sit on the couch.
If I were relegated solely to the computer, then would probably consider that. But fortunately am not. Seems to work for some though. I've got projects that require physical work as well and can afford the option to barely sit these days, aside from bike riding, reading, or where it's not available. That might change at some point, hopefully not. There's offices I've been in that have standing stations nowadays as well. It's cool to see workplaces implement the option.
To lounge, I have the Barcelona Chair and ottoman set.

I miss my old kinarps capella or 6000 series of chair though wich i can recommend if you can buy it.
