i guess I don't think I'm either, and question whether I am on that spectrum.

I like the idea of being able to submit and let other people take care of things, but I also don't like losing control over things. I'm not sure I really fit neatly into the concepts, or rather that I don't strongly identify with one or the other. or even with the idea of switching, which when I imagine myself doing it feels performative and inauthentic. switch situations I've been in have made me feel that same inauthenticity, like it was just some skill I learned somewhere for professional reasons.

Dominant, and I was very so when I was younger. But I usually suppress it these days, because fighting all the time doesn't benefit me. And its better for my health to keep my stress levels lower.

Naturally I was also very controlling. But people didn't like it. So I learned to be less of that as well.

well one way submissive feelings express themselves is by not wanting to be dominated so much that it becomes a complex fear, and the only way they can relieve themselves of that anxiety is ... to be dominated. makes people feel so kimchi.
