Respectfully, to me the question of a job interview and a formal is irrelevant as a lady is not either of those. I'm only familiar with the ladies in my social circle but most I know want a partner that can take care of them and to be loved. Hence presentation is more relevant that a man can take care of himself.

Even myself as a fashion and beauty enthusiast understand that a person should be loved not by appearances as you've mentioned as people generally do get casual at times and look different when at home/at ease such as without makeup and hair done.

If the relationship is built on appearances then it's all a facade to me.

Yes but those are long term traits you're referring to.

If you struggle to get a foot in the door with your first impression, you will never reach that stage to show those traits.

It's hard to have a discussion when we haven't defined what woke is or what a modern woman is yet.

As I said, they are vague buzzwords. Woke isn't a word used in a court of law as it isn't a definitive term.

Honestly at this point it's a Darwin award scenario for ending their own genetic lines by rejecting real women and placing their own inclusion in anti women groups higher than finding a healthy relationship
