Unless you actually do work and get sweaty, that is. In that case you definitely should shower.
People who like oily hair are tree hugging hippies who smell like poop. You shouldn't listen to them.
You body has natural oils which can get wiped out with showering. Ironically, the more you shower, the more smelly you could become and require showers to reset.
Ideally you should shower 1-3 times a week and keep those body oils.
It's only bad bacteria which gives off an odour, so if your body has good bacteria it's best to keep that and actually not shower.
This however depends on how much you go outside and exercise to the point of sweating out, etc.
If you live more indoors and don't get dirty as much - consider reducing your showering.
If you exercise to sweat and/or go outside to get dirty - still shower as required.
And I dont use a washcloth, only a bar of soap for the body.
Gross people want you to do gross things. Reject the liberal hive mind.
If you cannot waft at them, they're not real and you can ignore them.
So why does your scalp secrete oil then? To troll you?
