why do people insist on plastic surgery even though the results are mostly devastating

It's crazy looking when female bodybuilders cut weight with them and you can actually see the ridges along the sides of their silicone bag or whatever they have in them.

Even the average woman looks like someone stuck a children's playpen ball under their skin. Would prefer flat chest to that anyday.
