Why does pre-workout make you torturously itchy?
I tried the skittles flavour C4 this morning and I literally felt like I had ants biting me all over my body for hours, and people are telling me that's normal?!

You know it didn't even taste like skittles, it tasted good like candy but not skittles. Honestly I was disappointed, that one can cost me $8 but I like to try new things, I just wasn't ready for the horrible. horrible full body fire ant biting itchiness.

You probably took something with Beta-alanine in it.
Source : been there, done that.

Take natural ingredients, natural food; instead of in-taking manufactured ingredients diet. Who's telling you its normal?

You serious? Sounds like you're allergic to something in that thing.
WarHeRo Apr 24, 2024 @ 3:45am
to me it sounds like u overdosed
Who ate all the skittle size pieces of the c4? I hope who ever did it don't fall down as that experimental c4 had nitroglycerin mixed in. If they fall down they will take out 20 city blocks.

You guys remember Jack3D?
I used to abuse the hell out of that before it became illegal.

Anyway mate, you're not allergic, it's the beta alanine doing its thing (it takes even less than 6g if you have no tolerance and a low bodyweight)

I mean I drank one can, but it was a whole can and it was kinda all at once so... maybe? I mean there's no instructions, I didn't even know what it is I just thought it was a regular energy drink! They should put warnings on those things! Big warnings! Because there might have been one but I sure as hell didn't see it right away or at all.

They have warnings there, they must since they include high dose caffeine, taurine etc.
Not suitable for people with cardiac disease, anxiety, migranes or high blood pressure.

Don't buy pre-workouts... They're a waste of money just drink coffee.

Does it contain Beta-Alanine? Because that bad boy will make you itchy in a lot of places. . . .

It's because you can't stop moving which means you are going to work out whether you want or not. Specially made for people with insufficient motivation.

Just drink coffee.

I DO drink coffee, I drink coffee AND energy drinks. It takes a lot to keep me going.
