it's ground up animals... it looks like bits of muscle and fat... and other nonsense they put in there... but you can see that there are bits.

this was my story about my first contact with vegan meat and how i got tricked with vegan meat so they could push up their statistics and stuff, and it was ABSOLUTELY disgusting .. even while cooking already .. as i even had to trash that food, cooked spaghetti sauce for example .. never again any vegan fake meat ..

cooking or having bbq with vegetables is an other and tasty story though ..
but never again vegan meat .. !!

like back in my day if a store sold you something you didn't want you'd take it back and ask for a refund/exchange... no wonder they keep doing it if you don't complain.

however and whatever you return, it is gonna being trashed anyways. especially food. and trying to return "cooked" food is a no-go anyways .. as i had explained, i all the time wrote a complaint and even told this to family members .. but it seemed that same person tried to trick all customers who ordered online .. and still isnt fired ..

that grocery store however now plans to quit their meat and cheese counter .. i dont care ..

I thought germany had strong consumer rights? surely someone selling you a counterfeit product should be covered by said protections?

edit: especially minced meats... what with the sausage laws and w.e..

Ah, we talk about a value of maybe 3 EUR .. minced meat ~250 grams. 10 EUR in total as it has happened 3 times in last year.. this aint worth that hassle and stress for 3 EUR ..

but to have trashed a whole spaghetti sauce with all ingredients inside really made me angry.. i never trash food ..

I like the idea of vegan food... but most of it tastes bland. Or, the texture of the food is off too.
