I find ownership of a living creature to be a weird concept. Animals belong in nature.

Just look what we did to the dogs. Pugs are a sin against creation.

Plan on getting a couple Garter snakes in the future. I know they seem boring to anyone in the US but if you dig deeper they are unique in a lot of ways.
-Don't just eat mice.
-Poisonous (via sequestration).
-Venomous (sort of).
-Can cohab.
-Viviparous.

I'm helping take care of a 13 year old cat who identifies as a kitten with no teeth but sharp claws.

A cat or dog. That's it. I don't like caging wild animals. The exotic pet industry is a big culprit of declining animal populations.

Many animals asside from cats and dogs are captive bred. Plus domestic cats and dogs don't exactally have a clean record when it comes to causing animal populations to decrease.
Magpie or crow or both.

Everyday I wonder to myself what if I gave a magpie or a crow food it could sit on my shoulder.
