Ya that's how I usually operate, I only started taking supplements recently, your vitamin C, vitamin B, omega 3, that kind of ♥♥♥♥, I like to keep it vanilla because I genuinely don't care about my body all that much, I don't have body dysphoria so don't need to get ridiculous gains.
My bro is on steroids though, and even though his physique is phenomenal he thinks he doesn't look all that good, ah the classic gym bro dilemma.

One of my buddies gave me one of his pre’s and after I tried it I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I don’t know exactly what was in his ♥♥♥♥ but it should be illegal.
So, coming back means post yet you took the pre.

If you've taken pre-workout after exercising and took too much, it's a good idea to go for a walk, but do it in a public place. This way, if you experience any health issues like a stroke, there will be people around who can call 911 for help. It's also best to see a doctor right away.
People who take pre workout aren’t going to the gym for getting into shape. Odds are they are already in shape. They’re going to the gym to either stay in shape or bulk up their physique. Which pre’s like creatine will help with, both by allowing more reps and increasing water weight within musculature.
I weigh almost the same as my bro on steroids, he took his weight with me today on the gym's scales, dude weighs 81kg at 182cm height (or actually more, don't remember his height). So me being at 79kg, fully natty, and 178cm is pretty good I'd say.
