How much preworkout you should take?
I just came back from gym with my bro, I personally don't use preworkout, but he hooked me up and told me to take the ENTIRE scoop, he said that's how much you need to take, but we're both feeling ill right now and want to puke, did he BS me or that's how much you need to take?

Depends on the brand and type of preworkout. They generally have instructions on the label. If you've already been drinking coffee that day, I'd just skip the preworkout. Most kinds I've used are just caffeinated juice crystals anyway. Also, it might help to have some solid food in your system before you chug that stuff if it gives you gutrot.

You don't need any nasty chemicals to get fit. Supplements like pre-workout are unnecessary. You can exercise whenever you want, but it's best to wait at least 60 minutes after a big meal before hitting the gym. After eating, I usually take a 60-minute break and drink a liter of water. Then, I wait another 30 minutes before starting my workout. After 90 minutes, your body has absorbed all the nutrients it needs for a good workout. Otherwise, you might end up with a stomach ache.

I mean I genuinely never tried a preworkout before, so I was like, why not, let's do it this time. I'm eating some stuff rn.

Ya that's how I usually operate, I only started taking supplements recently, your vitamin C, vitamin B, omega 3, that kind of ♥♥♥♥, I like to keep it vanilla because I genuinely don't care about my body all that much, I don't have body dysphoria so don't need to get ridiculous gains.

My bro is on steroids though, and even though his physique is phenomenal he thinks he doesn't look all that good, ah the classic gym bro dilemma.

I want to emphasize a very good point made here. Don't need them chemicals to get in shape. Making sure you're getting the right nutrition for your regimen is way more important.
It depends on the pre-workout. I used creatine. That was two scoops for three days when you start, then one scoop before working out or with breakfast on non workout days.

Yeah it’s a whole scoop usually. Again though: this heavily depends on what’s in the pre-workout.

Not all pre’s are equal.

Edit:
One of my buddies gave me one of his pre’s and after I tried it I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I don’t know exactly what was in his ♥♥♥♥ but it should be illegal.

You get your vitamins from fruits and omega from fatty fish. It is great to know you choose natural sources. Using steroids can cause issues like overly large shoulders and muscles that look swollen rather than flexible. Most of the time, it leads to serious health problems.
If you've taken pre-workout after exercising and took too much, it's a good idea to go for a walk, but do it in a public place. This way, if you experience any health issues like a stroke, there will be people around who can call 911 for help. It's also best to see a doctor right away.

People who take pre workout aren’t going to the gym for getting into shape. Odds are they are already in shape. They’re going to the gym to either stay in shape or bulk up their physique. Which pre’s like creatine will help with, both by allowing more reps and increasing water weight within musculature.

Ya I meant I had the pre-workout before the gym session, and I was just stating that we've got back from gym when I was writing the message, kinda all over the place rn cuz I'm literally overly stimulated.

Don't worry I won't take any steroids because I don't care about my physique, I'm already thick, bulked up, not fat and weigh 79kg, I'm HELLA satisfied.

I weigh almost the same as my bro on steroids, he took his weight with me today on the gym's scales, dude weighs 81kg at 182cm height (or actually more, don't remember his height). So me being at 79kg, fully natty, and 178cm is pretty good I'd say.
