I have; I can do a basic ponytail, semi-braided or a braided ponytail. The trick is a firm hold to make sure the hair doesn't get loose when it comes to ponytails. I can even straighten and curl with iron and hot curls.

If it just means having a ponytail, then I have one 90% of the time, since my hair is so long.
The only difference is that I tie it from the top of my head, not the back, so I kind of look like a fountain.

Laugh all you want, but I like the way it looks, and it's comfortable.
