If you have the self-awareness to genuinely identify yourself as a toxic person, I assume you've also been able to pinpoint some things you do that are toxic.
Some examples are: Being argumentative, manipulative, dishonest, antagonizing, condescending, and rude. Lots more examples out there, check with Google.
Work on smoothing out those rough patches within yourself. Practice gratitude, mindfulness, being patient, treating others with respect, and checking your intentions when you act or speak.
As someone who has also walked the path of toxicity in life, I wish you the best of luck.

What we perceive as toxicity is merely our shortcomings. Their failure to get better. Our failure to understand they can't be better.
If religion is supposed to help some people I don't get why it doesn't reflect life a little more and everyone believes in Universal Damnation - at least that's consistent with the human condition and naturalistic evil.
