Seriously, you got people whose purpose of life is going to a public toilet with one artificial label instead of another (same ♥♥♥♥, you wouldn't know if I swapped the signs), but you also got people who act like unisex public toilets would mean the end of the world (again, same ♥♥♥♥) an spread the most absurd fear propaganda over such a non-issue as if ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ public toilet crime is on the news every day and as if criminals see a sign on a door and get all like "oh no, I guess that means no crime today", like for ♥♥♥♥'s sake, are there no bigger issues in the world?

Like, it's just a filthy public bathroom, you're supposed to just do your thing and get the hell out of there like every normal person does and without giving a ♥♥♥♥ about anyone else's business, meanwhile people come up with the most insane "reasoning" like "privacy concerns" in something that literally has "public" in the name to begin with. What the hell are you up to in there if individual stalls with door locks aren't private enough?

Unisex, 2 genders, 3 genders, what difference does it make at the end of the day? Better yet, what would that even mean anyway? Same toilets, same stalls, same sinks, same water, same soap, same paper and so on. It's all really the same ♥♥♥♥, literally too.

While there's no federal law pertaining separate bathroom, but sexual assault is illegal in all 50 states. Many states already has public sexual offenses which covers public bathrooms.

That's not an argument and you know it.

Your argument is, quote: "perverted men go into the women's public restroom to perv on women" so according to your argument, trans women are the issue.

Your argument has 2 major problems:

1.) There have been more cases of women harassing trans women in the women's restroom by now than the other way around, so trans women are more at risk of being victimized in the women's restroom than actual women are.

2.) You completely ignore trans men in your argument which are still a thing, yet you don't seem bothered by "perverted women going into the men's public restroom to perv on men", which makes your whole argument ring very hollow because it is extremely one sided. You clearly don't seem to care enough to check everybody for a penis if you enter a public restroom to do your business so why care so much about the other side of the coin?

Okay, fair, but if you are locked in a stall like how most of us lock ourselves in a stall to do our business, if you are locked in a stall, how would you even know or be able to tell that someone with a different set of genitals is somewhere in the restroom with you?

I couldn't tell 'cause I don't have superman's X-ray version and I'm pretty sure that neither have you.

It really dont matter what you think. What matters is what the law says about the subject. You know and I know what the consequences of going into opposite bathrooms then get caught by someone there.

I am sure if you pulled that in a mall, see how fast the security arrest you then hand you over to the police.
