i drink calcium and magnesium additionally and it kinda works a bit for regenerating bones n´ muscles for sports reasons <3

I have lost the fat again now, going from 24.5% to 13.9%, but now I have to bulk to regain the muscle. I feel kind of light and weak at 178lbs with a 209lb benchpress.
1. I do not know you or your occupation
2. You seemed down so I gave an example of a long term project to work on
There is nothing holier than thou going on in my response it was a suggestion because Long Covid can affect people in many different ways and me giving any medical suggestions would be potentially dangerous.
So I assumed you may have wanted a suggestion that was not medical.
