What is the best razor
I heard about the new hi-tech single blade razors but I don't know if they're actually as good as they make it out to be.

I need to invest in something that wont damage my neck as much

I am about to get another single blade razor my previous one last many years and i lost it.

The single replaceable blade razor works for me because it is just quick and simple to use and clean.

Got some multi-bladed gillete razors as a fill in and I hate them. Stubble gets caught too easily within the blades and the blades don't last that long anyway.

You do not need a high tech one either the tech side of it really does not need to be concerned about they been in use for many decades.

single blade = rip off. Get a Feather Blade for a double edged safety razor for .000000001% the cost and get more shaves.

Thats the blades i used just they / me just never called them that.

Learn something new every day...

Ockham's Razor is the best razor... but it might not be the kind of razor you were looking for.

I never found a cartridge worth the price. If the hair is short enough, disposables are fine; just throw them out if they're dull. If I let it go for a couple days, I use a trimmer to shorten it before shaving.

Everyone I've known who used one has said a real straight razor is the best, if you're willing to learn it.

disposables are a bane to the environment, only recommended in a pinch, for instance you're at a hotel and you forgot to bring your razor and you only have 30 minutes before you have to leave for the appointment and the only thing in the hotel shop is a disposable BiC.

That's what disposables are for - not for regular use.

Even cartridges are less wasteful, but still too wasteful for my tastes.

You could say the same for cartridges that only last as long as a disposable.

Much less waste but still wasteful. Also a rip-off.
I refuse to keep those companies afloat any longer, they don't offer a superior shave.

Gillette, Schick, BiC, etc... all the "AAAA" of the razor world.
