I think it's a good thing to have two parents. Having a single parent or no parent is usually not good for the child (that's not saying the a single parent won't do their best, it's just more difficult to raise a child alone).

If you don't have your parents. whoever becomes your new family, you can want to please so much. Because you know that they don't got to accept you.

But that also means you'll put up with a lot of bad stuff to not be alone again.

Course it could also lead to being Jaded. A feeling that there is no acceptance anywhere, Like other people had something you did not. Like where people have a painting, you have a hole in the wall.

well if u look at areas that tend not to have them (not going to say exactly as u can look that up yourself) you see higher crime and stuff like that. So something about a daddy around moderates that behaviour i guess.
