Japan probably does not allow them to feed all the chemicals like the USA does. I know the EU does not.

Personally, I don't like KFC, even though they make some very tasty vegan items.

The problem is that eating food like that would cause health issues such as cancer and diabetes. Not to mention, I would end up looking and smelling unhealthy.
