Netflix knows my real location :O

Guys when I set VPN to UK it works fine and get UK Netflix, but when I set VPN to Ireland I get my real country instead ? How does that even happen ?;o

I use Proton VPN btw ;p

They might be missing ipv6 support for Ireland. So, your own ipv6 gets leaked.

Oh I know now, I think they just link the location of my billing address probably ;p

Still tho how come the Irish VPN doesnt work ? ;/ what can I do ?

I did some reading and peeps say its most likely that simply Netflix knows VPN addresses of proton in Ireland and bans them, thats why the UK ones work and dont redirect me back to my billing country. Ill try different one I think, alot of other peeps also recommend mullvad, i guess ill try that next month :) Thanks xD
