It's when little hard pieces of food get stuck in pockets in your intestinal walls and cause infections, it's caused by foods like seeds and things it's horrible my mum has it she can't even eat poppy seeds.

Nah, I once chipped a tooth biting into a fork (not on purpose obviously, but I sort of got a cramp and it just happened). I'd like to keep the rest of my teeth whole

I nixtamalize them with lime and grind into masa.

While the texture is more rough than regular white corn, it seemed to be a good use for the remainder of a Costco sized jug of popcorn with the best by date 3 years prior.
