I dont think he did it!

If there's no evidence then it's just allegations at this point. But this day and age all it takes is allegations. Hes been dropped by Midnight Society and hes said hes taking a break from streaming. He even said in his own words "Just drive off in to the sunset" so maybe he won't come back at all as it seems hes being cancelled.

Now he may have done it, its possible but I'm leaning towards he didn't do it because he would surely be arrested for a crime against a minor.

I think what possibly happened is he flirted with someone using Twitch whispers then found out shes actually a minor then cut off communication.

He's apparently signed an NDA which is why everything is very cryptic at the moment. You cant sign an NDA to cover up a crime.

Update:

Since my original post he has released a statement admitting to the accusations. He was messaging a minor inappropriately. My stance is now he is clearly guilty by his own admission. I cant support that at all. He had an opportunity in his statement to let everyone know that he didn't know they were a minor.

He didn't say anything of the sort so its obvious that he knew their age. Because ifvhe didn't know then he would make sure to tell us as that would change the context of the situation.

While it's by no means proof of him doing anything, he has not exactly been the best person he can be, what with the cheating and trying to have a nft game made.

I don't have confidence in his innocence.

Something about it is sus I agree. The guy that called him out has said he will give all the details if he completely sells out tickets to his show. If he has ruined the Docs career just to give himself a little fame then he needs to get sued and arrested.

I find it sus that the Doc would step away from streaming during all this. it doesn't automatically mean he's guilty in my eyes. he could just be tired and worried about the impact it's going to have on his family.

Of course if it comes out that him and Twitch have covered something up then Twitch needs to get shut down and Doc faces consequences.

Yes, I agree - He can not be found guilty of committing a crime until he has had a fair investigation conducted and, if enough evidence is found for it, a fair trial has been conducted.

I can't say he did it, given "teh interwebz." But, it is suspicious and it seems those who may have more access to more information than I appear to be reacting as if the allegations are true. Or, at least "true enough" to force them to distance themselves from associating with him. But, they're not "investigators" so just because it looks like smoke it doesn't mean there's a fire.

From what I've seen of his streams, I don't like the guy. But, even so, I'm not going to say he did it just because I don't like him. However, I do have to admit a certain degree of satisfaction when seeing his fanbase taking up arms to defend their godling... Oh, the irony if it was true.

Everyone is being coy because any evidence revealed could get treated as being tampered with and thrown out. It's why EDP legally got away with the cupcake incident.
