[P.E.N.I.S.] Psychopaths, Egotists, Narcissists, Incels, and Sociopaths
When this acronym is read, surely you think of a select few users; now, my overarching question is:

Bots, or humans?

I'm honestly on the fence more than ever now, after interacting with some of these individuals. The people who can't admit they're wrong, even with definitive evidence. The amount of climate change deniers, flat Earth believers, war advocates, the list goes on.

Surely, and I mean surely, most of them have to be bots with the AI "dumb dumb" temperature dialled up, right? Like part of a mass-influence campaign akin to dead internet theory?

There's simply too many for me to believe it's an organic cause, but then again, 54% of Americans between 16-74 read below a sixth-grade reading level

Dead Internet theory

Originally posted by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dead_Internet_theory:
The dead Internet theory is an online theory that asserts that the Internet now consists mainly of bot activity and automatically generated content manipulated by algorithmic curation, minimising organic human activity to manipulate the population.[1][2][3][4][5] Proponents of the theory believe these bots were created intentionally to help manipulate algorithms and boost search results in order to manipulate consumers.[5][6] Some proponents of the theory accuse government agencies of using bots to manipulate public perception.[2][5] The date given for this "death" is generally around 2016 or 2017.[2][7][8]

The dead Internet theory has gained traction because many of the observed phenomena are quantifiable, such as increased bot traffic, but the literature does not support the full theory.[2][4][9] Caroline Busta, founder of the media platform New Models, was quoted in an article in The Atlantic calling much of the dead Internet theory a "paranoid fantasy", even if there are legitimate criticisms involving bot traffic and the integrity of the internet, but she said she does agree with the "overarching idea".[2] In an article in The New Atlantis, Robert Mariani called the theory a mix between a genuine conspiracy theory and a creepypasta.[5] The dead Internet theory is sometimes used to refer to the observable increase in content generated via LLMs such as ChatGPT appearing in popular Internet spaces without mention of the full theory.[1][10]

To put the OP's post under the microscope, one might speculate that they exhibit certain traits commonly associated with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD): the apparent deficiency in empathy and a belief in their own superiority over others. Of course this is merely a supposition based on limited information.

Fancy some raw oysters and boiled dog for dinner?

I am neurotic, but I wouldn't label myself a narcissist. Usually it's narcissists that get labelled as neurotic, and not the other way around. If you think proposing solutions that aren't extremest or polarising makes me a narcissist, then so be it. I don't feel that I'm superior to others, though, undeniably, I do find myself pinpointing other people for their mental disorders and consequently get banned for it

You really think everyone is actually this polarised? Why do you think it's not something seen in public?
