Feel bad after Indian food

Am I the only one who often feels a bit unwell after eating Indian food? Not to mention the less-than-pleasant experience on the toilet afterward...

The food doesn't even have to be spicy, and I have similar experiences with Chinese food. I don't have these problems with local cuisine or most other European cuisines! I've been told it might be the "Chinese Restaurant Syndrome" caused by MSG, but I've used MSG at home without any issues.

Does anyone else have these experiences?

I personally suspect it might be due to poor hygiene, too much oil, or low-quality ingredients used in these restaurants. However, I never have such problems with cheap Swedish IKEA food.

Nah. People made it about degrading things and then I was forced to clarify and respond. Which I did with valid scientific sources. Not everyone is located in the U.S, where people are scared to speak the truth.
