I do know one lady who found a boyfriend on Steam a few years ago. Romance happens anywhere and there's no rules that it can't happen in forums. I also knew a couple who married after meeting on Overwatch.

IMO the golden rule of "the internet is terrible" combined with Valve's moderation style means that it would just turn into a load of sex workers sourcing work. Which is not per se terrible, but would be a significant departure from the mission.

Dating apps are terrible for finding gamers. The men don't want to admit they play video games because it's not an attractive hobby to some women.

Lol, but I'm not wrong. You can't say you're a gamer or else women will think you're the gamer stereotype. All I would say is you play video games. I wouldn't say it's your favorite hobby.

the gamer stereotype is usually some dude playing a mainstream game on his ps5, be happy that non-gamers dont know that some gamers spend 3k for their hardware and have 5k hours in their favourite game XD

I dont know... i meet alot of gamer chicks through dating sites, i play with a bunch of E girls every friday 2 of them met on dating site. You just have to be indirect about being a gamer, you love the digital arts and digital story telling, when its safe - gaming lol. I was playing super smash with one last night in my living room though dont play couch with a woman they cheat.
