Generally wikipedia isn't frowned upon and you can really put anything you want on your profile.
However, if someone reports it for any reason(even if they're being a jerk and reporting everyone) then the botmins just do what they do.

It sucks that there's a difference between UGC and GGC. Devs can make any art they want and if it doesn't get reported(how does one report something on the points shop?) then you can use it as much as you want. If you take a picture of it or use an exact copy(but its your own image) then somehow thats evil while the dev's 'art' sits.

There are no flags, just warnings.
