an average dutch male is 1.84m (6 feet, 1 inch ) and weights about 86kg (190lbs)
while an average dutch female is 1.72m (5 feet, 8 inch) and weights about 72kg (160lbs)
I am american. 5'11.
I am just very skinny. lol
I have low to 0 muscle mass. Just think of me as a twig.
Also 58 kg is over 9 stone, a midget would be kind of rotund if they weighed that much.
you need to eat more of those burgers and hit the gym;)

which for a dutch is pretty much normal.. I aint particulair taller than people around me.
dairy thats our secret. + good farming soil..
the yamne were a dairy eating people that replaced or mixed in with much of the peoples of europe like 5000 years ago orso...
they were much taller (likely on average 2.10-2.20m) and quite strong..
they had one thing they did that other europeans (and people in the world did not have : they consumed copious amount of dairy which ment they had a much higher intake of annimal protain than others (as meat is much rarer to come by as souce than dairy)
dutch were late to industrialise.. much of our country was very much non industrial before ww2.. after ww2 that changed and our dairy production and consumption also spiked..
another factor was poldering.. it always happened.. but getting flevoland ment all of the sudden the dutch got acces to much more farming ground improving the diet of the average dutch..
with this massive spike in dairy and nutricial intake our rise to tallness grew...
got milk!
thats why I frown very much on all those soymilk and such in our stores now and the fact that our goverment has stopped the schoolmilk program that was still around when I grew up (it was stimulated for every dutch child to drink at least 3 glasses of milk amassing to 0.6 liter a day a MINIMUM for decades.
also the traditional dutch cooking, trained in housewifeschools in the 1940s and onward.. has altered the dutch eating habits for the better.
the dutch idea of
breakfast 2 slices whole with bread, with a slice of cheese and a glass of milk
lunch 4 slices whole wheat bread with 2 slices of cheese and 2 glasses of milk
dinner of boiled potatoes, a cut of meat, 1 boiled vegetable, 1 raw vegetable
it may be dull but it is very healthy and it heloped us grow too.
as those eating habits start to be tarnished at (not everybody cooking like that anymore) + over 25% of population now of migrants who often are lactose intolerant you do see that the average height is stagnating..
even though there is still room in our genome to unlock..,
it is expected that in our dna are essentially switches... for heighgt.. if your nutricion is right more get turned on.. which does not help you grow taller but will produce taller offspring.. so multiple generations of good nutricioun can drive humans up to their true potential of 2.20 meter average..
the dutch showed that each generation of eating well AND copious dairy intake can add about 8-10cm in height....

I eat nothing but junk food/fast food and trash. My metabolism is maddeningly high from my age and my drug intake.
