I imagine they'd assign another judge to the manner. Probably a special council, and likely throw out the case entirely. Because at that point a conviction of Trump would just look like more persecution, although there's no real facts on the side of the Democrats on this one, which is why they never accurately name the crime he committed.

A Georgia appeals court has halted the election subversion conspiracy case against Donald Trump and several of his co-defendants. So that's delayed up till March 2025.

Trump’s classified documents case in Florida, the corrupted judge, Aileen Cannon, delayed it on purpose refusing questions, then claiming they don't have enough time and need to delay it for all those questions, etc... Which the Judge themselves, Aileen Cannon, is the entire reason of those delays.

I think the corruptions within the US court system is entirely backwards. Trump is guilty in all cases, but delays them and gums up your court system, via spending millions in donator's money to remain out of prison. In a fair court trial system, they would all already be dealt with and Trump would already be in prison.

Thousands of legal experts believe Judge Aileen Cannon is in over her head and doesn't have the capacity to handle the documents case. Many others believe she's corrupted. I believe she is corrupted. Because no one can be considered a Judge who has actually gone through law school, etc, got a degree and have no clue and be that arrogant in how the court system actually even works... then refuse to ask others for help on the matter and delay it due to their own doing. If she isn't corrupted, I would go all the way back into your education system and court system, rooting out the corruptions and failures there, because she's clearly not educated nor fit for the job in that case.

There's thousands and thousands of complaints against Judge Aileen Cannon, that the Florida's clerk office got flooded and had to stop taking them in.

I had just told you why...

Let me repeat: Judge Cannon is corrupted because they delayed indefinitely their own court trial case on most likely purpose for Trump.

It's one thing to claim both the Judge and the entire jury members of the court which all agreed guilty on every single 34 counts of criminal felonies against Trump are somehow all in on a corruption... compared to my logic of one single Judge Cannon being corrupted and delaying a court trial due to not being able to find Trump not guilty otherwise by an the entire jury of members.

Those court trials where even previously delayed for another case to check if Trump had that "full immunity from any and all crimes, including that which crosses the line", in which it went against your US Constitution and therefore was denied. Hense why Trump will need to and be extremely willing to destroy and rewrite it.

Likely even rewriting the US president max limit of two terms, as Trump had also mentioned going for an illegal third term. Similar to how Putin rewrote Russian law to remain in power and control, it's the same deal.

Democrats actions right now with their willingness to subvert democracy and justice shows that they cheated in 2024. You don't throw democracy and justice in the garbage can because of some guy who lost to Sleepy Joe in 2020 as badly as Trump supposedly did if the election was fair.

For this specific case Jack Smith and the Prosecution were caught tampering with evidence. Typically when that happens they throw the case out and the law enforcement officer goes to jail...any lawyer who knowingly particpated loses their ability to practice law.

That's a pretty big reason to delay the trial.

He brought up the fact and announced it himself:
