Coincidence that pride is one of the seven deadly sins?
Coincidence? I don’t think so.

it is not; like most catholic concepts the idea is to monger sin and officiate it. sinning is okay as long as your repentance is true; similarly, taking the god's name in vain (ie the sin of pride) is okay because the church forgives itself for doing so.

If Pride is a deadly Sin, then I guess am a Sinner, because I am Proud to be Albanian, and I will never change that! Jetë të gjatë Shqipërisë dhe shqiptarëve!

So is lust,
so is gluttony,
so is sloth
so is wrath
so is envy
so is greed

basically everything is a sin

kindness isn't but that doesn't stop most nuns from treating it like it is.

*someone bakes a cake and drops a gps locator in the batter, the cake bakes and the person eats the piece of cake with the locator in it.*

Someone asks how it was possible to track this person so precisely.

Someone else says "it was a piece of cake".

Easy to play on words when you really want to.

imagine the population dip if only married people had kids.
The so called "managers" would really be panicking then.

"We don't have enough people serving lattes!"

building roads, delivering packages, medical intake, waiters, bartenders, retail employees, elderly care, warehouse workers; all service jobs. all poorly paid. all necessary.

Coincidence that despite being supposedly deadly it's not particularly fatal? Yeah. Might come before a fall, but just stay away from edges and heights and you'll be fine.

None of the 7 deadly sins are deadly in themselves. The entire point is that they are serious flaws that can lead to your own downfall (death).
