It's more about having stated your intention to use your girlfriend in an emotionally abusive manner towards an inflammatory, non-constructive goal that is prone to starting arguments. In case you forgot:
Doesn't really put Pride's higher ideals in a positive light, truth be told. And that's an absolute shame for the rest of us in the community, because we've got enough problems without cloutchasers thinking they can have it both ways at our expense.
There's always going to be people that disagree with what you do, or don't do. And you're correct, that is on them.
However, while you cannot control what other people do, you have full control over how you choose to react to it. Choosing to intentionally trigger a negative reaction in uninvolved bystanders, rather than taking the high road and ignoring it in a "live and let live" manner, isn't a mentally healthy expression of what you're attempting to promote.
It's also called "pushing people's buttons", which is a popular choice used by bullies. Bullying is bad enough when it's kids doing it to others over silly things like clothes, haircuts or someone not being a Shane Dawson fan. But adults are not children, they're held to a higher social code of conduct that requires making better choices in handling their issues with others.
Adult bullies tend to be less successful in life, because no sane, rational person wants to associate with somebody who willfully seeks to harm others. You want straight people to stop seeing our community in a negative, adverse manner, it might be a good idea to stop doing what they've been doing to us.
But hey, that's a choice I made. I have no control over how you handle your issues.
I sure hope that to be the case for me too
I love how you openly admit that you want a Lesbian GF to kiss just for the 'trigger' factor. Not for love, not for companionship, not for your own personal life. but as you state in your own words... 'to trigger the haters'. Then you go on to say that that is also the reason you made this thread.
it really seems from your own words that you are doing it for love, respect and inclusion. when you openly admit you want to do it to trigger people. then you will blame those people for being triggered.
enjoy your month. I hope you get the triggered effect that you want and are aiming for. oh i'm sorry. i mean 'spreading love and inclusion to everyone' .. LOL.
thanks for saying the quiet part (that we all know) out-loud.
Because they don't kiss in public just to "trigger the haters".
Your wishes to have ennemies to play the victim cards is so strong that you manage to make it real, congratz on making your ennemies from scratch.
HAPPY PRIDE MONTH MY LOVELIES 💜
They're secretly in love with you, OP. Madly. Deeply in love, pining for the kiss that would warm their cold bitter hearts and convert them into the ways of our Lady and Savior, Dylan Mulvaney. You are the Chosen One, you must go forth and make all the women your lesbian gfs, only then will those "ignorant people" you despise be truly gone from this world... never to sully your utopia forever more.
No, seriously, I do think they could use some TLC. Kissing is natural, kissing is fun... not everybody does it, but everybody should.
