The IDF is one of the most progressive militaries for LGBT individuals.

They are also highly effective in war including the current war.

How do you feel about LGBT in the US army now that the IDF have shown that sexuality doesn't matter?

So when the conscript question comes up, how does the military and government alike deal with persons who openly declare they are anti LGBT ?

An effective unit is predicated on a cohesive unbreakable bond which isn't going to happen in a society of differing views (ie anti religious, anti political, anti sexuality view).
