Inuyashiki, while not a sad anime, has a really grim opening. It made me cry and i cursed it for being so effective so early into the whole thing.

I've watched through Fruit of Grisaia as of recently, and there's a part that's really emotional and deep.. I bet, it's gonna satisfy you if you give it a thought and try to think outside the box, try to put yourself in the place of the fictional character at hand.
It has to do with Michiru's past.

Now, I have no intention to elaborate onto that because that would've ruined the surprise and experiences, but I can promise you that connecting the dots should be a rather simple task.
And if not.. Then using Google or asking people who've either watched the animation or read the visual novel shall provide you with the answers to your questions, if you get to have any once you finish reading or watching through that part.
