I'd say that by 2030 we're likely to see the first major drone war.

I'd assume preparing for this is the major reason Russia's throwing out its old hardware and creating an impetus for investment into non-human personnel.

Nah it will be in 20 years. But we surely will see Polish army in western part of Ukraine. They won't fight against Russia, but they will take Lvov and other "polish cities" back.

If the French do send in their military advisors into Ukraine, I am sure Russia will make it a priority to target the positions they operate. We will have to see what the reaction will be when the first casualties come back home. There is a chance France might be the one who decide if World War 3 official kicks off or not.

The problem with the French is that they say everything and the opposite and change their minds every 24 hours.
And unless I'm mistaken if ever, Germany, the USA and Italy clearly said that in this case there would be no activation of article 5 and that they will not send troops , France has no possibility of victory except if the Baltic States ever intervene to help France
