Whatever happened to the World Wrestling Federation?
I remember seeing them on TV one day. And then, they were gone.

Do you think this was a act of sabotage from within? Perhaps someone blew up the studio. That was probably it, actually. Eric Bischoff was mad so he got rid of his competition.

Actually, hmmm. I don't think I've ever seen WCW on television either.

Actually that can probably be explained away as well. Eric Bischoff was caught. There, all loose ends tied up.

Star Wars and the WWF are unrelated.

Please keep it related.

Wasn't it something about a legal dispute with the World Wildlife Fund, which wrestling lost. Thus they changed their name to WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment.

I enjoyed classic WWF as a kid in the late 80s into the early 90s with Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, and Randy Savage. I stopped liking pro wrestling in high school as they entered the "attitude era" with Steve Austin and The Rock.

This is exactly what happened.
