There's no reason nutaku should exist. Every single game on that platform could be on steam. But apparently steam discriminates against adult content (especially if it's anime or anime-styled). Either keeping them from being published here, or forcing them to be censored.

Meanwhile western game can have fullblown uncensored R-rated scenes and that's fine?

A lot of adult games are made for money. First post's right ~ they don't exactly get a brilliant amount of sales, and they probably don't want Steam taking a large cut out of the purchases they do receive.

I'm aware of that category. Yet far too few of the titles that exist in other adult gaming platforms make it to steam because of steam's requirements.

Also yes, 30% is a large cut. But I'd argue access to the largest PC gaming platform is well worth it. Hence some studios attempting to censor their games to release on steam.

And yet it's always in the "popular games/trending" on Steam and gets recommended to me on a daily basis despite never playing any game of that genre. I really don't think Steam discriminates against pr0n games, look how many of them exist here.

Last I checked games with sexual themes are sold on Steam, but need to be the right age.

I've not played any of those games, but they strike me as being one dimensional and just uninteresting. And inappropriate to be selling to younger teens, much less pre-teens.

I mean I doubt Nutaku's parent company will ever put their stuff fully on Steam, like I get it, adult games are on Steam as well but I still doubt the same company that owns Brazzers and P-Hub along with Nutaku will ever put their stuff in the public eye more then they already have
