I feel like adult games on Steam are commonly asset flips or other low effort titles. But I'm sure there's some good ones, which are good in a vacuum and not specifically because of the adult depictions or themes. Any suggestions?

I think Ravager and Karryn's Prison can also be found on Steam. But I can't link to those because of the age check.

Out of all of the above, I like In Heat the most. I love the glowing eyes and the yandere behavior.

Ravager actually has a good story. I haven't played it in a while but it cut off right after you conquer the kingdom and your naga child is destroying the fabric of reality by being so magically powerful. There are actually three different elves you can capture and you can breed with two of them, and I suggested to the dev they have a ending where you birth several naga and actually do destroy the world.

Song of Saya is heavy on the horror and has a few sex scenes. It's worth it if you just want to dive into a really messed up story and get mind-♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Karryn's Prison is probably the most lewd adult game I've ever played. It's sex, sex, sex, sex, sex, sex, more sex, and even more sex. LIke nonstop. If you lose to the bad guys, you have sex. Or you can beat the bad guys by having sex with them. You're not even safe from your own guards. There is no safe space in this prison.
