Yes, old peoples tend to lose the strengh in the muscles needed to retain everything inside until you go to the WC. Adult diapers are mainly for old peoples and adults with health problems from my point of view.

Oh there is also the guys who work in NBC suits or work underwater or in space, that kind of stuff when you can't easilly undress.
