because people care about what the representative is talking about rather than what the policy is talking about. even then, the "effectiveness" of the policy is varied and does not make the world reflect each and every word from it. add that up with the fact that people are different. if they ever want to kill you, you have the right to call it an assault and for the most part, not everyone has the intention to kill you or anyone else. and if someone did, just don't blame everyone for it.
i know, it's flawed. but calling others subhumans are literally hypocrisy.

So... promoting violence against gays and transsexuals? Yes, same with other demographics. All, totally innocent though, they swear.
Some "conspiracy" like the OP is distracting the topic with that they bring up in the first place? No. Real world consequences that affect people possibly committing violence against others because of their sexuality? Yes.
Is it true that all of the anti-LGBT, anti-trans, similar type of legislation attempted or succeeding in many various states over the past several years is all initiated and promoted by Republicans/the right? Yes, not the left. Objectively speaking it's a right-wing thing, not debatable or avoidable.
Sure, some politicians and officials on the left have made anti-gay remarks, and/or at least suggested they don't support these people (more often in the 2000s and 90s and not really recently). I shouldn't have to say this disclaimer though, should I? But politically speaking, speaking of policy, it's all on the right.
And if you want the folks who were always in favor of LGBT rights (and not only recently, just because of society pressuring people into it finally who want a pat on the back all of a sudden, and yes including on the left*) they were found on the LEFT.
*The types of folks who (including on the left), before somewhat recently in history, were totally okay with being bigots towards gay people. Then all of a sudden they want a big pat on the back.
For what exactly? Taking so long to be convinced by the rest of society that it's not cool to dislike gays and transsexuals? No thanks, yes that includes some of you "liberals".
Lol. There was a short period before recently in history when, enough folks on the left/etc were against racism, but not enough and too many at the same time though that it's ok to hate gay people still. Now all of a sudden, you want a pat on the back? How cute.

If you want to fix this, you have to actually
support Voting for better choices, because
only your will to do better could actually

I'm not the one who thought it was a good idea
to burn my job down, & thought robbing other jobs
was a great way to assert the idea that i'm starving,
& there are no stores, or places to get food anymore,

I wasn't the genious who thought of that idea...
I was just the one who got hated at,
& followed around getting multiple BAN's,
& that is all I was to anyone...
-Gun rights are gay rights.
-Not supporting Palestine/Hamas or Ukraine are gay rights.
-Supporting Trump are gay rights
-Having low taxes are gay rights.
-Fossil Fuel restrictions are against gay rights.
If you read all that and thought that many of those things aren't specifically gay rights you'd be right and you'd understand what the political left have done in concerns to the claim that "gay rights" are being removed.
If we look at the policies many of the things that are labeled as "gay rights" aren't actually that.
MAGA and more specifically Trump don't have any problem with the folks who identify under the umbrella of LGQBT. Trump is the first President to support gay marriage from day 1, all those other Presidents like Obama or Joe Biden were against gay marriage.
Imagine a bill whose name I will reveal later did this....
-Bans classroom instruction of sexual orientation or identity until age appropriate/3rd grade. Casual discussion is still allowed.
-Requires the school to notify the parents if the child is undergoing any kind of problems physically, mentally or emotionally.
Does this bill sound like it's anti-LGQBT?

On another note, what do MAGA Republicans think about Trump saying on "Truth" Social that Ukraine's survival is quite important to US and not voicing opposition to $60 billion aid to Ukraine with the help of Republicans? Hmm, hmm.
Is that...
a) an attempt to fish pro-Ukraine votes (being dishonest),
b) Trump actually thinking that Ukraine is important and approving tens of billions in aid
