Croissant and coffee; I've embraced the Parisan breakfast with a side of fruits..

Apart from lunch and dinner, it's the most important meal of the day!

What about second breakfast. Elevenses. Afternoon tea.. Supper?
He does know the importance of those ones doesn’t he??

I've gone on a proper eating mode that is a vegetable pasta cooked in a pot and I eat from that throughout the day first meal is hot the rest cold and may add a couple extra bits as it goes down.

Ingredients :
Pasta the really cheap from the supermarket type.
mushrooms
beetroot
tomato

when serving it up i add mayonnaise and mix it up with some salt and pepper thrown in.
Coffee with caffeine.

I'll add to it in few hours with peas and tiny onions.

lost half a stone this past week of getting sensible with eating again.

I'll have a decaf coffee in an hour or two.
