No. Here we stare because we want to look into the souls of people, and because we want to know if everyone is acting according to the rules - so everything stays in order. Everyone who doesn´t stare back has probably something to hide - and is probably a pervert, criminal, or just anti-social...

Usually you can tell if they have a happy or a disgusted expression. But I'm afraid to say that a good stare usually focuses on one part such as a face or well... an "asset".

Could be a good thing. Emotionless is usually a "stupid but happy" look which links to attractiveness. However the key would then be if they stared for an awkwardly long time. When someone checks out others, they usually look multiple times or for long durations whereas if it was a bad thing, it would be a short glace and ignore or walk away to avoid.

People can stare for a variety of different reasons, when men stare it's usually because they are perverted, I've caught people staring countless times when I turn around or look in the reflection of something. when they stare at you they are setting a trap in which if you look them for more than 0.5 seconds they will use that as an excuse to come talk to you.

Sometimes you can show your discomfort with a sign other times the people are deranged and there is no need to say anything or you can get in trouble like this time where a 35 year old told me he would cut my head off. I really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate it, sometimes you are minding your business you turn around and see some random 70 year old dude staring into your soul, it sends shivers down my spine. I have learned not to look at any stranger when walking outside.

Haha. Yes. This absolutely can get you stared at. When I was, what? 24? 25? I threw some electric lizard green dye into my hair as a laugh, figured it would highlight my greys amongst my black hair at a bit for a laugh at Halloween. It was at this point I realised just how many grey hairs I had (which were now green).

It looked quite.... interesting. And I couldn't get the green out for like 6 months.
